Usually I have good decent service from this particular subway. Unfortunately I chose the online ordering method, what a sincere disappointment. We order late so maybe they employee/s were ready to end the day, however we ordered 3 wraps and a sub. After placing the order one of the employees called my wife and stated they only had either wheat bread or a flatizza bread. No big deal right? Stuff happens and I understand that. App indicated my order was ready so I went in. No oder was on the pick up rack and no employees were acknowledge me so I got in line after 10 minutes I got to the front and simply said I had an online order.
