Bella Sera — Restaurant in Denison

Service was bad. Went in place order at 6 pm , only two other table preoccupied. One table was done one was eating. Order coffee and party with me order soda. Place order in. 6:15 table next to us was fille, 10 min later they received food . We didn’t. A mother table was filled. Saw them get their menu and food. Two more table arrive 6:30 order and food. Asked about are order, they said it was next. The table across us was was waited on and serve food. Not us, ask again. No refill, no can we get you anything. Ask to talk to management, he was to busy was the answer. ask a third time at 7:: about our order. I was told by the desk lady your an adult, you shouldn’t complain. I explain we were the third table in there before everyone arrive. I was told I would get my food next, recieved mine at 7:0 5 but not my guest waited to eat with them 1/2 still no food for them . Strange experience. No customers in the place the whole time we were there. No paper towels in bathroom, no toilet paper, fairly dirty floors. Two kinds of pop ordered: one was flat and other tasted like soap. Garlic cheese bread was one large piece of strange bread with some cheese. Bruschetta was a pile of small chunks of bread and weird oily tomato topping. Salad is literally a small plate with some lettuce. Stromboli tasted ok, but very small for the cost. Pizza looked like it was sat on while cooking and had no sauce. Second time I've been there and no one was there the last time either!! I can't believe this place is still open. How?? I can't...

After being OTR for 9 weeks, it was nice to gather with my family of Women Warriors of GOD'S army. We had an awesome time visiting, catching up and loving on one another. Our server was sweet, patient & kind. Our food was hot & good! The owner stopped by our table to ensure we were content and all was good. They have a delightful selection of authentic Italian food that was delicious 😋 😍 prices were very reasonable and there are 2 portions to choose from with their most popular pastas.
