Subway — Restaurant in Denison

So the food is great when they actually make what you order. My boyfriend ordered the monster and they ended up giving him a meat ball sub (on multiple occasions). Also when we go in and the younger staff is there it’s a great environment and amazing energy. But when we go in there and it’s this older lady that’s short and heavier set she’s so rude and has to make rude comments. Like if you ask what bread I want I don’t need a “of course YOU do just like everyone else” and she’ll roll her eyes at us. That’s not needed. But it’s rude if I were to do that to her. And it’s not like I’m a rude customer. I’d say I’m pretty nice and I tip well every time I go in there. I get it, sometimes I go in there and it’s 1am but I just got off work it’s not my fault she works the grave yard hours. Just wish I could have a better experience...

The woman who helped me, I think her name was Autumn, was friendly and polite to everyone I saw her interact with. The food was like subway always is. Nothing better or worse. One thing that stood out to me was that one of the men employees kept swatting flies with a flyswatter, on the line. My initial reaction was that it was gross but as I contemplated it, I thought that it was possibly a regional or cultural thing? Maybe it’s just gross to my family where I was raised- up north. Maybe further south, with more consistently warm climates, the people are more used to flies - whereas up north, we have far fewer warm days so when we finally get to to enjoy them all the insects are coming out too. Or, maybe it really is gross to squash fly guts on the wall next to where customers food is being...

I’m a truck driver I’ve been to subway in all 48 states. I decided to get something different because I eat subway a lot, so I got a roast beef (with bbq sauce, mayo spreaded out on Italian herb and cheese, toasted and there was a person name “Honey” she made my sandwich just the way I asked. I’m very picky and most people that work at subway throw these sandwiches together and just move me along and then when you get back to the truck it taste like somebody stepped on it 5 times. But this one was made so well I will stop there anytime I go back through for sure! She made me a Colbert, Ok. Subway customer for life. But I’m going to call and make sure that she is working.
