Buccilli's Pizza — Restaurant in Denton Township

Staff including management couldn’t care less of your dining experience. I have taken my family in here because the kids love it. The service is always slow and careless. I am now done with this place after ordering a take out that I was told 25 minutes. I showed up in 35 minutes to have the girl behind the counter told me it was not ready it should be in another five minutes. Sat there for 10 more minutes and the blonde manager asked me what I was waiting for, I told her lasagna. After sitting another 15 minutes manager came out and said there was no lasagna order it was not being prepared. She offered to make a lasagna expecting me to sit there another 30 minutes. You think she would have comped the meal or at least apologized in which neither happened. I cannot believe two people let me sit there for 25 minutes before saying my order was not in. Making matters worse, the blonde manager told me she assumed I was waiting for a pizza after she asked what I was waiting for and told Lasagna. How can they claim to care when they don’t bother to listen to your answer....

My family and I were traveling out of town and seen the reviews so we decided to Buccilli's a try. The reviews and pictures online made it sound amazing. Unfortunately that wasn't our experience. The staff was very rude and not personable at all..they took so long to take our order we knew exactly what we wanted when the unpleasant waitress finally arrived. When we got our cheese sticks they were almost raw in the middle but we were so hungry we gobbled them up. A few moments later our pizza arrived and upon cutting into the 1st piece, I found a LONG HAIR inside of the pizza covered in sauce and cheese. Gross. I alerted the hostess because she was near us, she got our waitress. She looked at me as though she had the issue. She said all she can do is have them remake it or take it off our bill. No actual apology or empathy what so ever. I'm not sure what I expected but I didn't expect attitude when politely telling an establishment about hair in the food. Worse...

Waitress had no personality Very cold and rushed us after i told her that we had never been here before. All u can eat salad not so good. Not to mention i had to wait for wait staff to put ice cubes one by one in the slots next to the items...uhh let the customers go.. or just dump it.. really one by one (dumb)! Pizza not worth the $20 for a large that is not large at all. Put it this way i had teenage boys and only three slices gone out of the entire pizza.. it was all meat their favorite... just not this one. The sausage tasted funny too. We are from California and don't smoke. Our taste buds are still working well.. for the area this was an okay place. But I'd: save your money.. i have yet to find a good pizza place in this area. We are use to real restaurants that are about serving good food and know what customer service really is. Maybe you should give Me-N-Ed's a call and ask them how to make pizza crust... to pricy for...
