Bojangles — Restaurant in Denton

Well after the long long wait if Bojangles being closed for a remodel an everything was new then maybe better quality food. But unfortunately seems to be back to the same old ways not checking the quality of food before wrapping it to be bagged for the customer who was hubby an me ...I got the 2 for $5 sausage Egg biscuit and 1 egg&cheese biscuit medium fry.

I asked for borounds said it be a five min wait but was told fresh fries so I went with it hoping not to wait to long being I was the only car to be helped...Got to the window to pay you g lady just said price took my card an that was it. I spoke up an tried to chat a second with the girl but she didn't wanna speak so then she does speak up an tells me to pull into space one while I wait for my food to be made fresh...ok then why can't i get the bo rounds if I'm waiting for fresh food?? Didn't like that at all.

Secondly I had to wait even longer than five mins that would of been the borounds ... young girl finally comes with the food drive out to me then I go straight to the house husband unwraps his sausage Egg biscuit an something is all over it that shouldn't be on it ....he was so disappointed ☹️ as I was when I unwrapped mine an it was a egg that was bigger greaser than the biscuit and more cheese on the wrapper than the biscuit...so disappointed today.

The sausage Egg biscuit looked like strawberry jelly was dropped onto it, but jelly comes sealed in individual packets..hubby said looked like old grease from the flat top but I'm like oh no definitely couldn't be if they just recently opened an have all new appliances and utensils well I would hope so

When there was no line an told fresh food that's what I expect not to be unsatisfied an annoyed all over again like it was before. Bojangles please learn that if your not gonna eat it then don't serve it to the customer..your a restaurant that needs to follow standards better than at your house standards...you loose business that way so let's be professional employees

Disappointed for our first visit back to our home town Bojangles that just had a major overhaul an remodel...

We came in this morning to get a quick bite to eat. A young blonde/brunette girl took our order. She was very rude to us with a massive attitude, talking back, making comments, and rolling her eyes. As my husband was ordering she kept rudely saying “Is that all” and he said yes- implying he was done ordering what he wanted. I was standing right next to him and I started to tell her what I wanted and I guess she had completed the order for my husband and was trying to complete the transaction and she looked at him and said “I just asked you if that was all” and rolled her eyes. We both stood there stunned for a minute and I said “you could be a little bit nicer” and she said “I was nice” before I gave her my order. We only got three combos so it’s wasn’t like we had a huge order. I work in customer service and it doesn’t matter if you are having a bad day- your customers don’t deserve this type of treatment. Keep your personal issues at home or just don’t work. I really hope this young girl learns some respect and manners. We weren’t rude in any way to her and didn’t need her attitude or disrespect.

The food was fine and the place was clean but the manager and owner really need to rethink who they hire. This girl should have been in the back making the food and not taking orders.

Unfortunately, this was the only place open in Denton on Sunday. But we won’t be going back...

Bad owner ///I walked in to this place and the employees looked right out for me like family They were willing to help me I have some health issues with my legs and had been walking for sometime actually I was doing a walk for the awareness of mental health and how it can affect anyone these days if your not careful the employees offered to give me a ride home after they had cleaned up and finished up there job even tries to give them a $40.00 gift card for the favor they wouldn't take it an they turned around and even got me some food out of there on pocket like family i said until it got time for lock up and this Man came in an was so rude to me told me i had to leave after i explained my situation to him and found out he was the owner of the franchise then he went to the back as I was living and started yelling at his good employees for what they had done I've never experienced anything so terrible iny life . Those employees were teenagers 19 or 20 probably their first job they said they didn't get many hours there to begin with I wouldn't recommend this place because of the bad ownership we get a couple more mangers/Owners and eventually no teenagers will ever want to start there first jobs , it made me Upset I forgave the man in prayer (Pay and Give your Employees more hours/Be...
