Burger King — Restaurant in Denton

Tonight before parking my truck I drove through the fuel aisle and decided I wanted to have something for dinner. I know I probably shouldn't have bought something considering I just purchased a microwave and I've been trying to save money by eating in my truck I just couldn't resist the urge for a couple of fish sandwiches. I checked Boston Market having never been to one before and they told me they did not have fish so right next door was Burger King and boy I know they have fish so I went over there to order. As I walked up to the counter at 6:22 p.m. I spoke to a lady. I believe her name is Rhonda. At least, that's what it says on the receipt.

After 30 seconds into our interaction and the ordering process, I started having feelings a hurricane back to the days of when I was in grade school and told the cafeteria lady that the food was horrible. Never have I had such a negative experience with somebody who was so unwarranted that I was happy to be at Burger King, and I was very happy that they had some fish sandwiches that I wanted.

If I want a fish sandwiches with a extra helping of rudeness ill-tempered and angry I would have had the perfect dinner but all I wanted was to make sure they put enough tartar sauce on it and I was corrected said that I wanted extra tartar sauce and I told her I said I just want to make sure they put enough on there. I also received a rather judgmental look when I asked for onions. Can you believe that? I like fish sandwiches with onions and considering I'm not going to see my girlfriend for another week and a half. I want to treat myself to some onions.

The only redeeming thing about this Burger King was my fish sandwiches tasted great and with tartar sauce and extra onion they made me happy however if they tasted anything like this lady's attitude I would have thrown them out and never gone back to...

RIP OFF. HUGE rip off. i used to go to the south denton burger king for years and get the crossandwich breakfast. then we moved further north, and it was not as convenient. i was very pleased when this one opened up, less than 2 miles from out house. the first day, i went there for breakfast, and ordered my usual. with tax, it was 7.81. that's kinda high, i thought. so, the next day, i went to the south denton one, where i used to go. exact same order, 5.08. hmmm. today i go back to this one, just to see if maybe they had hit the wrong key. i look at the pricing on the display, the #1 deal is 6.29!! the south denton one is 4.69. even with tt&l, how did they get to 7.81? was there a fuel surcharge? or a dumba$$ surcharge? i pass by there all the time, and i see people in there. this place is a huge truck stop, plus a boston market. well,...

Rhonda has no place being customer facing. Her rude and disrespectful demeanor towards a very respectful 14 year old were disgusting. Watching her deal with other customers made my manager mind scream.

She rolled her eyes, when she messed up my son's order. Not once, but 2 times. He asked for fries, she gave him onion rings. He corrected it when he paid, them again when she gave him the bag.

Then she rolled her eyes at my wife when my wife went over to help him

For God's sake and the sake of your business....fire her before she "messes up" an order and sends someone into...
