I went through the drive thur to purchase a ice cream cone and once I got to the window the carhop Sarah opened the window and coughed all over my ice cream and on the peoples food that was in-line behind me. I politely asked could she remake it and her words were “Ugh I will ask but I bet they won’t” and slammed the window. She comes back with the same ice cream(which is now melted and says here and rolls her eyes) So, not only do you have an attitude because you coughed on my ice cream you act like I didn’t know you were giving me the same one. Once I asked for a refund she said “You’re being so d* difficult” and slams the window again! Manager approach the window very polite and ask would I like him to remake it with Sarah in the background being RUDE so he has to stop talking to me so he can turn around and ask her not to talk that way to a customer then turns around and has to apologize again for her bad behavior. The manager was very professional and understanding. Will never go to back to this Sonic again because of an employee that has a bad attitude and she’s nasty!! Not to mention Covid-19 is killing people...

He even told me not to come back up their because I asked him if my order could be remade because I was not satisfied with my service or my food. He argued with me cut me off on the phone and told me he was not going to correct my order and to contact corporate to get my order fixed. SONY definelty does not need to be a manager and needs to learn how to talk to people in a respectful manner. I do not appreciate being hung up on ESPECIALLY when I was nice and just asked for my order to me made correctly! Read moreI came through the drive-thru today, 8-26-2024 at 4:42pm, to pickup 1 large drink from a mobile order. When I arrived at the cashier window, I sat for at least 3 minutes without being greeted or even acknowledged. So I gave 2 short beeps on my horn. After waiting another minute, I gave 1 irritated beep. About 30 seconds later, the young woman opened the window & rudely exclaimed, "Excuse you! I was making sure I had the right drink." I have worked over a decade in fast food & retail. It is unacceptable to leave a customer waiting for several minutes (at a drive-thru, for a single large beverage?!) without any type of greeting whatsoever. If she had greeted me when I pulled up with literally ANYTHING, "Hi," "Be right with you," "I'm making your drink now," I don't have a problem waiting a reasonable amount of time. This store needs to retrain their employees, and/or hire ones better suited to convey common courtesies. I love Sonic, but I will never return to...
