Subway — Restaurant in Denver Township

Visited Sunday 9/22/24 between 12 and 2pm. Clearly, the employees here do not know what Subway University is, or they just don't care, or their management sucks or all of the above! Here visiting from down state and everyone wanted Subway, so we go. As I'm standing in the line watching NO ONE wash their hands between ringing orders up, touching money, etc I also am noticing they don't know what the heck their doing or their company has taught them to steal from their customers to profit the company!? Half the meat! I assume this is a franchise and maybe their trying to save money idk but a foot long sub comes with 12 pieces of meat, not 6! A steak foot long sub comes with 2 portions of steak, not 1 portion! The new flat bread does NOT get toasted and wash your damn hands! Not to mention their employee drinks on the counter behind them and the clutter and filth around them, all in the customers view. Sad. When I walked into Subway there were two younger girls working and you could obviously see how slammed they were. One girl was working on every online order while the other was working on the orders that were in person. They worked as a team. If anything ran out they worked together to get the item as fast as they could for one another. They were very sweet at all times and I was very appreciative to them. I had sometimes forgotten there is a subway in the back of the Wesco there but I don't thing I will be forgetting about it any time soon. Any praise they got they were nothing but overwhelmed and appreciative of themselves. We walked in around 9 tonight. There was one girl working the front and she was super attentive and sweet. She paid very close attention to detail, took her time to make sure everything was perfect and really took pride in the quality of her work. This was one of my best experiences with Subway. I think the girl was newer as she joked that she had trouble with rolling up the subs in the paper but she hopes to master it by her fourth week of working, but it’s better than I could have done.
