New owner honestly is mean. Bought a shake. It was like water. Not thick at all. Kids working there agreed. She rudely stepped in and said it's fine, we already gave you this and that. All I wanted was a thick shake like they used to be. Rude and will never go back. This place will fail soon with this new chick owning it. Very small building with amazing ice cream in downtown Denver. The options they have to choose from are hard to pick just one, but no matter what you pick, you won't be disappointed. My husband and I took our sons out for an ice cream treat after supper. I found out that the ice cream could have been supper, as the sundaes are pretty big, not complaining in any way, just remember to "eat lite" before making a stop for ice cream here. Was in the area yesterday and stopped by. They have a walk up window for ordering. There is enough seating in the grounds for multiple groups to enjoy.
