Des Moines Snack Shack — Restaurant in Des Moines

These people do not care about the customer. I was waiting in a line of 3 people for 20 minutes at 3pm. I noticed that no one had been able to speak to a server so I went to the front, looked through the window and saw a worker talking to 2 other people jovially. I said "hey can we order please." The worker looked over, waved his hand, said something like yeah, yeah. Then turned right back and kept talking to two other workers. They weren't doing anything productive. Out of the last few weeks on and off I've been camping at the park I've only seen them open once even though the hours state they are supposed to be open. Not sure what's going on but if the hours are not correct I'm sure I'm not the only one that would appreciate if they were fixed by the owner.

Follow up, So in the 45 min since this was posted the hours have been updated.

We have rented kayaks twice from the Des Moines snack shack! Both times we had so much fun!
