EDITED TO ADD: Apparently they gave themselves a tip because my card was charged a higher amount than the receipt my husband brought home with the order. AVOID THE HUBBLE LOCATION AND THIS COMPANY IN GENERAL.
If I could give zero stars I would. Service has always been rude, slow, and terrible on the phone. We stopped ordering from them for several years.
Decided to treat the kids a few weeks ago and discovered they had an app available to order with, and it eliminated the worst part of dealing with them: the phone order. That order went well. It was delivered much earlier than expected, and everything was great.
Unfortunately, that order was an anomaly.
I placed an order with the app, paid, then called them to have it switched from delivery to pickup because my husband was going out and could get it on his way home. They changed it and said it would be ready in 45 minutes. Near perfect timing for my husband.
He arrived and was told it would be ready in about 5 minutes.
45 MINUTES LATER it was finally ready.
It was obvious that they had forgot to put everything but the cheese on, and slapped the rest of the toppings on the finished product and shoved it back in the oven. Everything fell off as you lifted a slice from the box.
WORST. PIZZA. EVER.
For our trouble, they gave us two certificates that you need ten to get anything with, and you can only get the certificates if you work at a hotel and someone at your hotel orders a pizza. Completely useless.

They assured me that it was on its way. After 1.5 hours late I called again and was told the same thing. At this point I was annoyed and requested to just have my order cancelled and money refunded. The lady told me to wait for a manager. The manager got on the phone and seemed to have a hard time even finding my order. After finding it she told me.. "oh, your order came through as a carry out." I told her that I had requested delivery, but beside the point why was I told 2x that it was on its way? And if you have a pizza sitting there for carry out for 2 hours.. why didnt you call me? The manager told me she would cancel my order and refund my money. I waited a week and never got my money back. I sent a message to them Through their website. Have not heard anything. I sent me a message on facebook and they read it but didn't respond. If this is how they conduct business, they lost a customer. Hubbell location in des moines iowa. If you look at this stores facebook page its filled with similar complaints. Outrageous wait times!

Read moreI had ordered a Scooby snack online and was told 45 mins I got it and it was poorly made I reached out to them to get it replaced and miraculously it was only a 10 mins wait that's a HUGE difference while the toppings were in better proportion when. I arrived to pick it up all the store employees were literally sitting in front of the door on both sides 6 employees smoking cigs I apologized for interrupting their break because u could tell I was clearly inconviencing them by their reaction to me walking in. Once inside their less then enthusiastic attitude was continued and I even decided to purchase two drinks which again seemed an inconvenience the box was covered in garlic buttery greasy substance as well as the inside, considering I didn't even order garlic dipping sauce as a side it seems odd it would be all over the outside and inside of the box.
