Chicago Blu'z Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Detroit

i have been to this spot a total of three times. the first time it was cool the menu seemed to have items for myself as a pescatarian to it & the bartender was nice. i want to say this was a tuesday or wednesday my time there. now last week i went on thursday it was cool the menu seemed to change tremendously & not have anything but fries for me to eat but the waitress Sarah was kind enough to accommodate me & ask the cook to make me a veggie quesadilla. i really didn’t like it like that but i ate some of it because i was drinking & the bartender was making the drinks good. so yesterday i go in & the same bartender is there Sarah. i told her i just wanted a cheese quesadilla this time & fries. now this isn’t on the menu but if you’re offering a veggie quesadilla then im assuming you can just make a cheese one. she agrees & proceeds to ring me up but the cheese quesadilla isn’t on the menu of course so she doesn’t know how much to charge me. she asks a woman who i later discover is the manager. she says no they cant do it because it’s not on the menu. okay cool im not tripping im just about to go home cause im not trying to control nobody’s establishment but i can eat what i want at home. the bartender is trying to get the manager & the people she’s with to understand i dont eat all meat & they start saying they dont give a f*ck & other rude comments. i didnt react or respond, i just left & i wont be returning. what a shame cause although the food was nothing i liked the lil lowkey bar it was laid back nobody barely in there on the days i went & i was cool with that. i could drink & vibe but not...
