Messed up my order and didn’t want to fix it. Tried to tell me I put my own sesame seeds on the chicken like how??? I asked for half sesame seed chicken and half general tso lunch special and charged me a extra $5 which I didn’t care but to charge me extra and my food is messed up and you not going to fix it? Gave me all sesame chicken clearly.

Let me start by saying I always get my Chinese food from this establishment. Lately they have fallen off. My previous order of general Tso chicken was gammy and taste reheated at best. Tonight I simply ordered 2 spring rolls and vegetable fried rice. When I got there she asked me did I want regular egg roll or vegetable egg roll (spring roll) . I told her vegetable. I tipped $3 and left. Took a bite of my spring roll it was cold as outside. I took it back in and got nothing but attitude then bcuz I bite it she told me I could only get the one that wasn't bitten reheated. Mind you I wasn't even gone a whole 3 minutes and with everything going on why reheat anything instead of giving me 2 fresh ones as I requested. She then handed the spring roll to the man and he takes it with no gloves and goes to reheat it. They will never get a dime...

The food is in fact good Lady at the window/on the phone not so good The place doesn't seem to be dine in due to the fact there's no where to dine After placing the order over the phone, go in and pay, there's still a 15-20min wait... Not sure what that's about but I be ready to go. Some times I only get a 30min break.... Just an update this place is so raggedy and time consuming I ordered and went inside to pick up. I was there for 45mins, it's winter now, the little heater is not working. The lady that serves knows that if she's not that good at English there should be...

Kinda rude 😕I stood nicely and patiently b4 the lady decided to take my order never asking may I help u 🙂she took 3 orders call in then said what would u like as I gather my answers plain Friday rice with lrg gravy and a number 5...the phone ring again. .I had to repeat...just so that she git it wrong I noticed when I got in my vehicle had to go back in ...she was salty at me I wish I hadn't tipped but I always do even when service is poor I'll stop one day anyway u might want to call in your orders first...sorry for the lengthy message butt it's altogether...
