Davison Fish & Seafood Market — Restaurant in Detroit

I stopped by this fish market today I ordered three whole white bass and I wanted them fillet. I noticed on their cutting board. There was a heap of chicken wings. They remove the chicken wings and proceeded to scale the white bass and fillet them on the same site cutting board where the chicken wings were. They did not sanitize or even wipe it down before they put the fish on the same board. I walked out and left the fish. I’m serious about my health and this is serious cross contamination they should know better. The surface should’ve been wiped down before the fish was put on the same cutting board where you have chicken.
