Elmer's Hamburgers — Restaurant in Detroit

Today I went to Elmer’s Hamburgers for lunch because I was really craving one of their cheeseburgers. I was excited to go, but unfortunately, my experience wasn’t pleasant. When I arrived, an older lady told me it would be about a 20-minute wait. I turned to my friend and said, “It’s going to be 20 minutes; she’s the only one working.” The lady then asked me, “What did you say to me?” I told her I wasn’t talking to her directly, just mentioning that she seemed to be working alone. She insisted that I called her a liar, which I did not say. I tried to explain that I understood she was busy and handling a lot of online orders. Things got tense, and I admit I became frustrated and used profanity when she kept accusing me of saying something I didn’t. A younger employee then came out and witness the situation. Overall, the customer service felt very unwelcoming. The older employee seemed frustrated and in a bad mood, and it created an uncomfortable experience. I really like Elmer’s burgers—they’re usually great—but after today, I think I’ll take a break from ordering until the customer...

I ordered six hamburgers with everything no cheese. These low grade beef Hamburg's were like mystery meat they where made sloppy ketchup and mustard was pouring outside the bun all over the wrapper meat taste bland even the pickles had a weird taste . When did sliders start coming with one string of caramelize onion and not steamed 1 out of 6 burgers only 3 had one small piece of onion on them and the others had none how do you make old fashion sliders and not put any onions on the burger burgers if you want to call them that where totally trash and they went into the trash the ones the dog did not eat not even close to the original Elmer's hamburgers will not stay in business to much longer serving this mess and. Was super cold inside while waiting on my burgers. The 2 ladies one older and one younger both fair complexion were really really sweet. Complimented me on my nails black with the stones they made sure I had right order and I had huge order they kept my patience by talking with me and I watched whole time they cooked the food they ALWAYS used gloves never was in their face they left washed their hands awesome ladies. Never know when a chef is in the building watching. Now the burgers not gone lie Sunnys is waaaay better these burgers tasted like cardboard just no seasoned burgers and I saw seasonings pit on the burgers.
