Hungry House — Restaurant in Detroit

So ...... I ordered shrimp cajun pasta and received chicken/shrimp pasta. I called the restaurant and asked for her manager. She Said, "This me, what's up what's going on?" Huh?? I explained that I ordered shrimp pasta and had received chicken. The person I spoke with (manager) said her name was Precious, she said "Well, we gave you chicken and shrimp!." As if she had done me a favor, I then explained that its not what I ordered. I told her that I am pescatarian/vegetarian and that I only eat Seafood occasionally. GUESS WHAT .. NOT ONE PIECE OF SHRIMP!!! She said well we can't issue you NO refund, you have to call door dash. I told her no problem. Wasn't quite sure what the protocl was when you order through door dash. So .. my advise to the owner or upper management ... please please please ... have some form of customer service training for all colleagues, but especially your management staff. When she told me she was the manager after answering the phone, i couldn't believe it ... her voice was the driest that I've ever experienced when calling any establishment. And then to top it off she said "this me .. what's up ..what's going on ... wowww ... Door dash did refund my food which was greatly appreciated, but its such a waste to have had to through this away. I couldn't even give it to anyone...

Ordered twice… because I wanted have faith the first time I received steak bites that were mostly grissle and fat mostly potatoes and broccoli no meat. But the sauce was good so I thought I would give another try maybe I just went at a bad time. I ORDERED BASICALLY RIGHT AFTER THEY OPENED…my food was horrible the steak bites were definitely old and warmed up from the day before they were dry, mostly grissle and tossed in the zip sauce I literally had dried up pieces of steak not one piece was not dried up… and it was like half a portion. The sides on the other hand were abundant lol but my red skin mashed potatoes had not been seasoned they were basically at the stage and when you take out the water and mash… that’s it. Brocoli was fine but who just want the brocoli when you order steak bites and mash potatoes to go along.I threw it away … and it’s expensive to...

I placed my order by phone the young lady who took my order was very nonchalant. My wife goes to pick up our food and she tells me that they don’t have the broccoli and cheese so all I ask when I did call back was why no call back to tell me y’all was out of one of the sides I order. The lady that took my order started going off on me saying your wife called you soon as you hung up the phone from placing your order which is a lie then she hung up in my face! So sad to see the negative comments on here answered with “ those people are no longer apart of our establishment you must haven’t been here in a while” well today is March 9, 2019 6:07 pm! I will never again visit this ghetto establishment not worth the $50.00 my wife and I spent! SMH! No stars sorry I had to place 1 just to...
