We ordered ahead online so that we could pick up the order on the way home. When we arrived, we could see that the store was very crowded so we waited about 10 minutes, it didn't let up so we went in. We waited another 5-7 minutes for the line to die down, and once we finally got to the window, I gave my order numbers... then they asked for my name. I gave that too. Then, she checked and let me know that it would be another 15 minutes. (Now we're going past pick up time.) I said, okay, and asked them to add butter and parm to the pizza I was waiting on. She said yes, but it's $2.12! I said, so ive waited all this time, and you offer nothing (not even an apology, and I STILL have to pay more? Okay. So, about 15 mins. later, my husband goes back in to pickup, and the cashier acts as if she's never seen him. She asked for a receipt. We had an online order, so there's only the order in my phone, no paper receipt. He comes back to the car, let's me know, and I go in and give her the order numbers again. She gave me the pizza, and I said, "Thank you. She said, nothing. I get in the car to check the food, and they put butter and parmesan on all the pizzas! I asked for it on one, not all 3. This little caesars has the best pizza of all, but the staff is lackluster, their attitudes are horrendous, and I never once heard a hello or a thank you. All the customers were upset. Read moreI was in there to get my pizza, pizza was so good and my breadsticks but I noticed that that manager was very nasty to his employees I really did not approve of that, The manager kept indicating to his employees they're irritating him.. this is why I should have stayed inside of the food chain show some of these leaders how to lead their crew how to talk to them and how to guide them through the day You never know what's going on with a person. Read moreI went to the Gratiot/ Sheridan location in Detroit on my lunch break to get a hot and ready. No hot and ready were available for 6 minutes. So I stood in line and waited. At this time there were only 2 people ahead of me. 35 minutes later the place is packed with about 12 customers who were waiting on hot and ready pizzas to be made. I still have not received my order after I paid the cashier 35 minutes ago. 45 minutes go by and I just want my refund for $5.30. That took another 10 minutes. It should never take almost an hour to receive a hot and ready. If this location can’t have any hot and ready available to the public they need to be closed. Worst customer service ever at...
