Customer Service is horrible. You could've called your food in 30-40 mins ago, actually standing in line to pick up ur order and they will call someone else name to get their order w/o even acknowledging you are standing there. No one moment or I'll be right w u or nothing. I can understand that that person food my be ready but at least let me know your aware Im standing here NEXT in line. This has happened to me about 3 times. Last time I went i asked for home fries and got regular fries. The food is good tho and I would like to continue to patronize this business and recommend ppl here & I know a lot of ppl & own a couple of businesses. Your customer service need to be tightened up because I have no problem going else where and stop recommending ppl. Truth is, this isnt the only restaurant that has good food theres plenty others. It's no way in hell I'd allow the person who greets my customers and take orders whether their family, got stock in my business, we in a relationship or wharever it may be to run any customer away because they don't know how to conduct business properly or whatever the case is- that's kind of going against what you grinding for. Read moreNo doubt the food is good and the burgers are THE ABSOLUTE BEST. The only issue I have is even at the time of open nobody answers nthe phone and when you call back the phone is taken off the hook. I wouldn't have a problem waiting 30 mins if I was able to place a phone order as oppose to driving there, placing order then waiting in my car for a half hour. Food is good just maybe need more front counter help you all are probably missing out on even more money than your making currently. I have been in the restaurant business from serving to management and I get the place is busy but you should never be too busy who you pick and choose to answer the phones for. I think you will be better received if you listen to understand and not to be so defensive. I would never have told a guest in my restaurant that I wasn't they only customer. I would listen and move forward in a better manner, keep in mind you have the same complaint from numerous people so maybe we all can't be wrong. I called in a order for cheeseburger /fry. The rep had a bit of an unpleasant tone in her voice. And said the wait would be 20minutes 👎. I swear ppl need thorough customer service\ hospitality training before working in this field. Anyway....
I get to restaurant. It is small/rinky dink inside but hey no judgement! Let me wait and see if the food makes up for this! the line was long which caused for an additional unexpected wait. It does not appear that they have a good orderly system for handing out orders. Only 1 person was taking orders and passing them out. Things were unorderly and slow.
Finally i get my food. The fries were good/seasoned The burger average....after all was said and done i feel i could have just gotten the same food combo from my local Coney island and would have been just as satisfied if not more! 😕
