They just treated me like an animal for having change to spend. Don t go here. There's way better Wendys in Detroit but this 1 is scum. They always have an attitude but 1 good thing was the fries were hot thats it . The lady at the window is extraordinarily ghetto and if you don't spend paper she will close the window on you and make yoou count the money and just look at you with the most disrespectful ghetto ass look. I swear they pissed me off. Oh and the manager has no control, I told him about it and instead of saying it wasn't proper protocol and she would be dealt with. He got an attitude and said "Well was it the exact change"? If she would have just counted the change, it would have gone alot smoother. What ever happened to real genuine customer service. I was attempting to patronage your establishment located at 12550 Gratiot Ave in Detroit, Mi on Tuesday September 15th @ 10:29 AM where you have a very rude manager.

When i arrived at the pickup window to pay my money, I could hear from the inside, someone saying, 'What is taking so long, it doesn't take that long to get your money' THEN after receiving my money (I know, my fault, I should have left after that) I handed the young lady (not the belligerent lady in the background) my money and the belligerent lady began to YELL, unt hunh, we don't have no change for that (wow!)

I can not believe that you all have an employee like that LET ALONG allow her attitude to manage people. This is NOT the type of attitude you need when trying to place a food order.

I ordered three sandwiches a chicken sandwich and two junior cheeseburgers. The buns on all three sandwiches was old and stale, the chicken was cold in rubbery I didn't even get a chance to eat it. Both of the cheeseburgers were also cold and barely any condiments on it which I ordered all sandwiches just regular. The inside of the store was closed you could only use the drive-thru it took a double of 20 minutes to get through the line and there were only six cars in front of me. Will not...
