I am typically not the type to leave a bad review for any business being that I am a small business owner myself but the service at this location is so unprofessional, age has nothing to do with basic customer service and respect to customers. I use this location because I live right down the street and have brushed off many times the disrespect I have received in front of my kids. When I am traveling and about to hit the road or just need a coffee to hold me over for the day I always find myself at the Ernest way location in which I would rather travel farther to be respected. My kids, boyfriend and I came in this Saturday morning to get the whole family drinks and food and when we received our drinks I basically had paid for ice so I politely said can we please get more drink less ice and instead of educating me and letting me know that the standard iced matcha was 90% Ice and 10% matcha and to ask for less ice next time and then filling my cup a bit more so I knew how to ask next time they decided to tell me no they can not do so and next time I need to ask. So I’m now under the impression Dunkin’ is getting paid for ice. I really hope no one else gets this treatment especially loyal customers because not only I was in shock by the amount of ice and response I was given but so was the mother of the family in front of me. Read moreI love that they have a "line share" at the drive through! This allows mobile order customers to take turns with the customers that order at the drive through. Many other locations don't have this. That makes it so mobile app customers have to wait at the end of the line even though they have already ordered and paid. This morning I ordered and paid for a dozen donuts via the app to take to a customer out of town. I forgot to stop until I was well outside of town. I didn't have time to turn around and go back without being late for my appointment with my customer. So I picked up a dozen at another DD on the way. I figured I was just going to be out the $14.49 because I failed to pick them up. 7 hours later on my way back I decided to stop and at least ask if they'd fill my order I paid for and didn't get. I fully expected a "Too bad, so sad" response. Before I was even done explaining to the customer service person someone behind them exclaimed "Are you Larry?!?" I answered to the affirmative. But it seems like when they get busy, the women are just decentish at their jobs because it's too much panic, and the gentlemen are the only ones to hold their composure. I had so many women not only blattenty ignore me, but I watched as they fumbled like chickens with their heads cut off, and the guys were chill and helping. Too bad it's predominantly women in there. 🤣😭 If yall read this, you should definitely call out your orders and treat your inside people like they're people in front of you, definitely not a car to rush away.
