WEBSITE DOES NOT MATCH MENU.
I ordered over the phone for take out so I could practice proper social distancing. The final total of the order wasn’t confirmed but I knew what I ordered so I wasn’t concerned about it.
When I go to pick up my food the total is over double what I expected to pay. I had them double check what I ordered and the numbers matched but the prices were way off. They told me the online menu hadn’t been updated in 13 years.
That still shouldn’t have resulted in the vast price difference I encountered so I looked again. One of the menu numbers was different as well. Number 49 on the website was a carne asada plate for around $10. On their actual menu its fajitas for 2 which was closer to $25! Since I knew what happened I just paid for the food and left. It’s not what I ordered but it was tasty and now I have leftovers. 🤷♀️
If you are not ordering in person I would encourage you to confirm what the dish is and it’s price. Here is correct menu for your ordering...

I like my salsa with a little kick. Their green salsa meets that. I'm looking forward to coming back for dinner sometime. The ONLY thing I would have liked was some music or TV... it was a little too quiet. But that in itself is also nice; to go to a place where you don't have to yell at each other. But, I do like a...
Read moreFirst off walking in the place is real clean, even the bathrooms. The staff is attentive and friendly. The chips and salsa especially the green one were delicious. My girlfriend ordered the Chapala House special that comes with two crispy tacos an enchilada rice and beans. She loved it! Especially the cheese enchilada in which she said was very delicious and tasty. I ordered the carne con Chile and nopales that comes with rice and beans as well oh and a little salad with both platters. The meat was juicy tender and delicious. The nopales were cooked to perfection and the entire platter was loaded with delicious flavor and spicyness! We will be coming back to try more of their delicious food, platters, and soups! So give your local restaurant a try. You just might find your favorite spot after all! Till next time Chapala! Great job...
