King Delicious — Restaurant in Dickson

If the owner of King Delicious reads this, he or she needs to fire the woman working there!!!!! I have ordered from King Delicious about 5 times and it was always great. I had family over for a birthday party and ordered $92 of food. Three of the 6 dishes ordered were horrible and could not be eaten. I called immediately and explained what had happened. The woman was nasty and rude and told me I'd have to bring the food back to get a refund. When I brought the food back, the woman said we'd eaten too much of it when the containers were full. I told her we'd tasted the food and so a small amount of food may be missing but we could not eat it no matter how hungry we were and how much we wanted it to be good. She started screaming at me and, when I asked to speak to the owner, she told me the owner wasn't available. This is not the way a good restaurant treats its customers. We normally eat here once a month as a treat to ourselves as it is normally pretty pricey but still usually worth it, Until the other night, We ordered the same food we always get (General tsos with lo mein noodles) And I don't know what the heck they did but the chicken was under cooked, The noodles were extremely dry, The food had an odd smell, And we have had food poisoning for the past 24 hours, we spent 60$ just to get food poisoning, and it was absolutely awful, 10/10 DONT reccomend!!!!! This is the second time we've gotten sick off their food in the past...

The lady who took my order was very unfriendly. The air must have been broken, it would have been cooler if they had taken the block by the door and propped it open as they must have done in the past. As I exited she didn't say anything.
