Mariachi’s Mexican Restaurant Of Dierks — Restaurant in Dierks

Myself and 3 friends stopped when passing thru Dierks Ar it was about 3pm. No other diners. We had to wait only a few to be seated. She was polite. When she brought our drink order we did receive a basket of chips and four sm. bowls with maybe 1 oz of salsa in the aprox. 6oz container. . Asked and recieved one with about 3 oz ., just must be running low we thought. Took a drink of our Waters and sodas they all tasted like dirty mud water.. I actually went out and got my own drink out of my vehicle. I asked if she was aware that they had a problem with their water possibly ,she said no but then she said that it's been checked and they(?) said it was fine. It tasted horrid! He brought us one more basket of chips Upon Our request which again went very fast between four people we ordered and received our food rather quickly. The 2 chimichangas were not even fried they were wrapped with just a plain flour tortilla not even heated..ordered fajita chicken and the chicken tasted boiled chicken not fajita style, had no onions, raw bell peppers , no cheese other than very little bit of queso on top, since they didn't have sour cream sauce . Wasnt like any we ever had. Taco salad had a great shell but lacked much else ,very small amount of contents. The quesadilla was as should been filled with lots of onions though. Needless to say we weren't very impressed !she never came back to ask us if we wanted refills on anything or how our dinner was.. we left with full drinks sitting on the table and partially eaten plates! we went to the registered ring the bell since never given a Ticket, she come and checked us out . probably won't be going back on our next...

I just ate there today and my quesadilla was soggy on the bottom and hard to manage and my husband's burrito kilo had steak that was really chewy. But that's not the worst of it. I decided I wanted to get the flan because I haven't had one in a while and I LOVE flan I just don't get it a whole lot. And I was so disappointed when halfway through eating my flan and it started tasting really awful I spit it out and take another bite to confirm the taste and it for sure tasted really bad. I'm not sure what it was but the best I can describe it, it tasted like some sort of cleanser like maybe sorta like comet. But anyways I expressed my issue with the manager and she acted like she couldn't care less. Didn't apologize or take it off the ticket or anything. Just said..."ohhhkayyyyy". I didn't ask for it to be taken off the ticket because I didn't want it to come off as I was just trying to get a free dessert. I'm not that kind of person. But if something tastes bad I will for sure let people know. They should not be serving...

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!! This was our first time here and WOW!! The food and service is beyond fantastic!!! Awesome chips and the best salsa I’ve ever had!! I ordered the lunch chicken fajitas and the flavor is beyond compare!! I’m very particular on rice and beans and they are both fantastic!!!! The fajitas quesadillas are amazing as well!! The prices are phenomenal!!!! I told the manager I was sad that we live 3 hours away, but I guarantee you I WILL come here every time we’re in town! This is a MUST on our favorites list!!!
