Contacted corporate on an extremely rude worker. I had purchased about $30 worth of food and drinks as I had children with me. Each time I asked for an item, in an annoyed tone, she replied with âanything elseâ repeatedly. My girls sensed the workers tone and attitude, and are very young. We discovered were missing an item for one of the youngest girls, the only item she wanted to eat. I pulled back around the drive thru, explained this, and her immediate response in a defensive tone was âI put it in the bagâ. Clearly she did not, or I wouldnât have wasted my time going back around this drive thru. When I got up to the window, I asked her what her intention was saying that. Her response was âlike I said- I put it in the bagâ. I explained to her that is impossible as we donât have it, and she replied with âIâm not doing this todayâ in an escalated tone. She proceeded to shut the window, and I let her know that she has poor customer service and she should have never implied that a customer is lying, instead- do her job and make another sandwich. She didnât like the fact that she was being held accountable for her miserable and unprofessional service, so she proceeded to shut the window, make a kiss face with both hands held up in a peace sign, as if she were a 12 year old making a TikTok video. I have 20 years in Talent Acquisition and would never hire this individual. After her performance, she proceeded to smirk and look down at the register. Corporate has been contacted. I simply asked for milk in my latte, and she snapped back, "That's how it always is," all annoyed. She's has zero customer service skills. I've heard her trash-talking customers right to their faces, which is disrespectful. she doesn't even make good drinks. Every drink Iâve had from her Iâve had to throw away waste of money. She's always rushing, and it seems like she picks favorites. If she likes you, she takes her time if not, she practically throws your drink at you sliding it across the counter.
