The food is amazing! It's about time the area got some good Dominican food.
For soulful and savory I recommend the fried chicken, empanadas (vegetarian, beef, pork, chicken, etc.), chimi burger, or dos bolas (perfect for picky eaters).
For sweet I recommend the yuca fritters, and the fried cheese with Fany's special guava sauce.
For sides you can't go wrong with the yuca fries or the tostones (twice fried plantains). I recommend getting both honestly.
Also. Something that I (and those with gluten issues should) truly appreciate about this food truck is that they actually mean what they say by "Gluten Free". The relevant food items are actually cooked in different fryers which isn't something that most restaurants are completely honest about unfortunately.
