First I want to say Good luck & congrats to the new owners! I have to say we were really excited when we found out that there are new owners to the deli. We are even more excited to find out that Mike was working there & will be cooking. He cuts the PERFECT cold cut, & loved his food when he was at his last place. We ordered breakfast this morning (Mike wasn't cooking) & when we got it home we were really really disappointed to see that some things never change. One of the things we do like to order with breakfast are home fries & when it was Ray n' Charles the home fries had absolutely no flavor, & no other ingredients besides cooked, burned potatoes. We got the same exact thing today. Home fries should be made with roasted not burned potatoes & they should always have onions in them with some red or green peppers sometimes even both but something, absolutely anything to give it some flavor. Our sandwiches were cold & part of the order was two scrambled eggs on white toast with bacon but it was very obvious that the sandwich was only one scrambled egg with bacon. As for the home fries, you can see in the picture what we got was an order of what looks like day old heated up potatoes that were so burned We immediately threw them away. We really hope you change things up & make this deli even better than what it used to be at one time. We love that you have extended hours and the ladies behind the counter seem really nice! The new cleaner look of the place is great too. I hope you don't concentrate so much on the smoke shop part of the store that you forget about the great space you have there for food. Get excited about the ingredients in your food and make it an amazing place to go. Can't wait to see your new printed menus as well, with hopefully some exciting new quick items!!

I have always loved coming here, been a customer since 2013 and I plan to get breakfast here once a week until I move, everybody that works here is very friendly, excellent drink selection, food is better and cheaper than McDonald's, they make their own bagels and they are the best, even better than ones I've had at high end restaurants, I recommend the bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel in the morning and a breakfast burger on a bagel for lunch, they have sugar free raspberry Joe's tea, beer, some wine, and lots of other nonalcoholic beverages

As a self-proclaimed breakfast connoisseur, I consider myself a credible judge of a good morning meal. When I visited, the owner was behind the grill. To be fair, the menu described the breakfast platter as including home fries, but what we actually received were potatoes—check out the picture! That said, the price was reasonable. I’m happier to have a new establishment. I didn’t like the previous owner since they were extremely over priced and were left wings. I hope this feedback will help make improvements.

Okay guys, we got some problems that need addressing.

I ordered 2 sandwiches. They were both missing ingredients, even after multiple employees checked with what I wanted. Additionally, the sandwiches were inverted (one was supposed to be hot, and the other was supposed to be cold, and they got em switched up). It's important to note that both sandwiches were yummy, and we enjoyed them, they just weren't exactly what we ordered.

First, the young female cashier has an attitude problem. She's polite enough to the customers, but she's rude and argumentative to her co workers. This is largely the reason I'm writing the review.

The guy making the food is a certified OG. I would give him 5 stars if i could write a survey about him specifically. He was nice, communicative, and was double checking my order. I'm convinced it would have came out perfectly if he was allowed to just talk to me directly, but the rude cashier was answering for me (incorrectly, i should add. She should have just let me answer the questions since the guy ASKED ME DIRECTLY). She was continuously interrupting him, and was generally in a bad mood. My partner actually walked out of the store because the young woman's attitude was making my partner...

The new ownership stands among tragedies as great as the burning of Alexandria and the fall of Constantinople.

This was my favorite restaurant/ deli for years. Food was great, staff was beyond excellent. I’ve been going here multiple times a week for a good 5 years. The girls who had been here for the past couple of years had perfect command of customer service. They remembered the regulars, they knew my name and ordered as soon as I called. Always pleasant and smiling.

The new people are aggressive, rude, dismissive and need to go. I’ve waited for up to 5 minutes while they talk to each other behind the counter. Today they argued with each other in front of the customers. Always an attitude with these ones. Like, come on, this job is easy. And yes, smiling and being cheerful is part of the job.

Food is worse too. My croissants are always stale, they never cut my sandwiches in half. And most items are more expensive as well.

Regardless, I would rather have kept paying $4.60 for a redbull when Ray owned it and the staff were kind than get 2 for $6 under this new management.

Thank you MHG, for ruining another part of our community to cater to the...
