Just waited in line all the way out of the Jack In the Box parking lot with 11 cars in front of me before reaching the ordering speaker. Waited and waited. After fifteen minutes of sitting in the same spot not seeing anyone leave the drive out of the exit that entire time. So I call the restaurant asking if there’s a problem or something I should be aware of. I get some extremely rude person on the line that could care less about what I am asking. All I am told is that it gets busy at nights and some people order a lot. Ok that’s all understandable. But at the same time, if it was my restaurant I would see that there is an absolute need for a change of the way that this is handled. For example let’s think about McDonald’s drive thru. They never let lines stack up so that they’re not even on the property any longer. If there was a customer with a large order that is going to hold up or back up the line of other customers they simply have that customer pull around to a designated parking spot to wait for there food….and when it’s ready it is taken out to that waiting customer in the designated parking spot for the drive thru. This keeps their line moving, efficiently I must say. I’m not trying to say McDonald’s is great or anything near that, but they sure as heck know how to run a drive thru properly. The way that Jack in the box in dinuba is handling theirs now is beyond ridiculous. I waited five more minutes for a total of twenty minutes of not seeing one person exit the drive through from the exit, all the while sitting in the same spot with eleven cars ahead of me before I would have even gotten to order. Needless to say I left, and five cars behind me followed suit. Someone in charge over there had better start paying attention to their restaurant and make some changes. I definitely will not be coming back any time soon. Certainly not if they don’t do something about their improper handling of their drive thru. Pretty...
Read moreMy family and I wanted to avoid a grocery store trip in favor of a quick, guilty pleasure meal. We ordered through the app, knowing full well, it’s Friday night and it’s going to be busy. It was slammed. I felt bad for these people. But they were really rocking it. The manager, I am assuming, was calling things out and getting stuff together like she was running a 5 star restaurant. They got me my order and had been apologizing the entire time for the wait. But as someone who has worked in the service industry, waiting patiently is the least I can do for people handling the dinner making for my household. They ended up forgetting something even I had forgotten about, but were quick to replace the missing items and try to offer compensation. I politely declined because there was just no need. They were all doing their best under some of the hardest conditions. I 100% recommend this place for your fast food needs. I live in Kingsburg and the travel to Dinuba...
