Hardly any smiles or "Welcome" or "Thank you" from 96% of the staff. The food is good mostly because it is only one of the few fast food restaurants nearby. The staff need training in simple customer service. As someone who has worked in fast food and retail I understand some customers can be difficult but NOT ALL CUSTOMERS ARE LIKE THAT.
