Then, when I tried to call the store and cancel one of them like the order confirmation email SAYS TO DO, the rude worker who took their sweet time to pick up the phone told me there was nothing he could do on his end since it’s all delivered through doordash, when I specifically told him I used the Casey’s app to place my order. Read moreThis is for the store in Dixon IL. For service, how do I rate “non-existent” ? It’s May 19 at 9:10 PM. Do you know where your cashier is? Neither do we!! There is literally no one behind the booth and many customers are awkwardly looking around, trying to figure out where she went. (There was somebody when I walked in). But leaving the counter completely unmanned is a security problem. I put my stuff down and left.
