Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Dodge City

Worst Papa John's Ever!!! This Papa John's is in a truck stop,! Which is great since I'm a Truck driver and don't get to have Papa John's very often, infact I stopped at this Truck stop today, parked my truck in the lot and walked in just to get 2 slices of Papa John's pizza, and Boy was that a mistake!

I bought 2 slices of pizza which cost me $9.79, and the lady charging me over gave me 2 single small packets of Parm Cheese, 1 for each slice! I told her I need at least 3 or 4 packets for each slice, so can I get at least 4 more packets please?

She quickly responded saying "No Sorry if I give you more than 1 packet per slice of pizza I'll have to change you" I said ok how much? She Responded "I Don't Know" ?

I was dumbfounded to say the least after spending almost $10 for 2 slices of Cold Pizza, and only allowed 2 tiny packets of parm cheese to put on it! I then asked for some garlic butter hoping to make the cold pizza just a little bit better, but was told I could only get that if I bought and Entire Pizza!

As a last ditch effort to help wash down this cold dry pizza I glanced at the sign showing specials 2 slices of pizza and a 20oz drink for $9.99? I told the lady hey look I can get a 20oz drink for only 20cents more than I already paid plus an extra few cents difference for the tax, give me that Deal instead please? Only to be told "No Sorry You Already Paid For What You Got, And I Can't Change It"!

So in closing I paid $9.79 for 2 slices of cold dry pizza, and I was Refused more than 1 packet of parm cheese per slice of pizza, also Refused Garlic Butter, and Refused the 20oz drink for about 25cents more than what u just paid including tax, even though I offered to pay extra to make it right out of my pocket?

Walked up to the counter and 2 employee's were talking, I didn't catch either of their names. But it was a male and a female. The male looked over at us and said, "you're going to have to wait til the cashier gets back" A few minutes later another woman approached the counter to take our order. She was extremely rude to us while we were ordering. After we placed our order she told us, with an attitude, it would be a 30 minute wait time, which we were ok with. The food was done in about 20 minutes and completely under cooked! We don't like to bring food back and complain because we don't want them spitting in it or anything. We ordered a large pepperoni with extra pepperoni and extra cheese. The pepperoni looked raw and was only warm and most of the cheese wasn't even melted. We threw away most of the pizza! Then we opened the brownie and it wasn't even cut. Terrible service, terrible product, terrible employee's! Overall a terrible...

I’ve worked with Papa John’s for four years and I can honestly say this location had the worst service I’ve ever seen. For such a slow location, you’d think the employees would be attentive whenever a customer is at the front desk, but during the thirty or so minutes I sat in the lobby, the cashier wasn’t there for about 20 minutes. My order took thirty minutes, after I was told 15-20, for wings. The wings take no preparation before going in the oven, and the oven run time is less than ten minutes, and considering the store had no other business, I know my order only took that long because the employees were wasting time.
