My family and I have been to this location many times. The food is always good, the staff is friendly, and the place is super clean. Just a tip if you order the peanut butter bash: try chocolate ice cream... Delicious!
However, I'm keeping two stars because tonight's visit hit a pet peeve of mine. I do not like it when a retail business begins the closing process before they are officially closed and while customers are still in the building. We were still seated and eating at 9:30 and they weren't to close until 10. They could have had one more last minute dessert sale but they had already shut down that option. Employees were loudly turning over chairs on top of the tables that were not being used... Not exactly the environment you want while you're eating. I felt uncomfortable and like I was being rushed to leave. I went to use the restroom before leaving and an employee had just finished cleaning it, she told me to just take the garbage can out of the sink. The front doors were locked well before 10pm and while guests were still in the building, I don't understand how this is appropriate because I consider it a safety hazard.
The employees weren't being rude by any means but at the end of the day the job should be about the customer, not about leaving the exact minute your shift is scheduled to be over. This is something that absolutely would keep me...

Provided them receipt directly from app, and logged into our bank account to show payment was taken. Manager said she would not make the 4 blizzards because she was not going to lose her job and told us to call corporate. When I asked her what her name was then, she refused to provide it. She was a blonde woman with glasses. We then asked her to call the store owner, as we feel we should not have to pay AGAIN in order to receive our order. The store owners solution was for us to pay again and should we be double charged he’ll refund us at a later time. It’s not the consumers responsibility if your mobile app glitches. If I can provide you a paid receipt you then should provide the product that I paid for, without question. Horrible customer service - I wouldn’t recommend using their app because they don’t care how many times you’re charged… they don’t care if the app shows paid and the order is confirmed to you. Read moreOrdered two blizzards in the drive thru with my dad. Took a very long time, but understandable given the lack of staffing. However, when the girl handed me the first blizzard, she told me it was my salted toffee fudge, so I started eating it. Come to find out it was my dad's blizzard. Literally couldn't tell for a few bites because the top was nothing but vanilla ice cream. I figured it out once I found a pecan. Thankfully I'm not allergies. He didn't want to wait for another one, so he just ate it. After he started eating it, he found chocolate pieces in it. (This is all while we're STILL waiting for my blizzard). Finally get mine, ten minutes down the road neither of us even wanted to finish our blizzards because all of the toppings were in the bottom. I had so much salt and toffee in the bottom that I couldn't even stand to eat it. It was like eating a teaspoon of salt. My dad's had pecan pie chunks in a layer in the bottom.
