Hidden treasure- Just off the interstate is a generic metal building in the middle of a gravel lot is a 9 table 45 seat little restaurant and barn run by a couple of Cajuns from Louisiana. Cherish is the owner and cook who is the sweetest. Every table has a shaker of cajun salt and Louisiana hot sauce. I ordered the Combo basket a sample of fish, shrimp, frog legs and gator. All deep fried with a bare minimum of crispy batter Just to taste everything I also got gumbo as well as red beans cooked with Louisiana sausage they travel to pick up. Great food! We went there on a Saturday afternoon and were lucky to get to meet the owners/cooks. They make the food fresh and it is great!
