Ok. It was June 24th 2025 and I was to tired to drive and the Arby's sign caught my eye. So I pulled in with a big grin tasting that roast beef already. I go in and wash greeted by this youngster with great energy who then said order when you're ready. I ordered the biggest beef and cheddar to fill me up so I could sleep better. Then I walked to The end of the line to watch Louis create my sandwich in record time. Then he opened that wonderful roast beef drawer and his Chin hit the floor. Sir I do apologize he said but unfortunately they didn't leave me any roast beef... Can I make you a cheese steak instead? Dang I was disappointed. Kinda like a carwash with no water. Louis was on point though. Didn't miss a beat. I told him,"you know what Louis just make me something good to eat. Louis stepped up to the plate, never lost his interaction with the customer and hit a damn Grand Slam. I had a "good" meal. But truly I had the kind of service that only that young man Louis can give to the valley. You were Awesome Louis! Heck man, I still want a roast beef and cheddar! Y'all probably should be thinking about having Louis train the new hires in customer service if you're not going to stock roast beef. Ty Louis! And by the way if it wasn't for Louis's exceptional customer service I would have had my money refunded. He deserves to go up the ladder or at least a modest,"but well deserved raise". He kept my money in your register, fed me food I would have never ordered. EVER! And gave me a reason to write this novel of a review. I'm going to stop by and see how he is doing in 3 weeks when I pass through again. I'm curious if it's just the bot or real upper management that reads the reviews. Louis was great. You are made for bigger and better young man. Remember to never settle and always learn as much as you can. LOUIS IS HIS NAME AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HIS GAME. Until he finds his calling....
Read moreFirst off very open and inviting environment and great design and cool place to take the fam; but most importantly the food was great but food presentation has always been key for arbys and want really presentable when I unveiled my double beef and cheddar although delicious it looked like it was tossed around the trunk of a car before it hit the table and the smoke mountain was smaller that my wifes double and not worth the cost but the flavor was awesome you can really taste the flavor of the hickory in the brisket but lacked the sauce and rib that is included in the sandwich but I believe training in presentation of arbys sandwiches should be done since it's new to the valley and not your typical burger from other fast food restaurants. I love arbys sandwiches and they should learn how to present the sandwiches...
Read moreWe are seniors who stopped to get a meal. We went through the drive through. We ordered a meal and another sandwich with soda. Nobody in line. This was on Feb 25 about 4:30. When we got our fries, they were cold. So I went back to window and asked for warm fries $300. We were instructed to pull up and wait. Again, nobody in line. About 10 minutes later, they brought out our fries. I thanked them and took bag. Employee said nothing. When I opened bag it was obvious that they refried the original fries. We through them away. This is second time I have had problems there. In my opinion, your employees need some training. We...
