Burger King — Restaurant in Donna

Normally every Burger King valley wide is trash especially because of the people who are hired and could care less about the customer.

This morning was far from that.

The lunch menu was turned off which I appreciate it so like that my focal point was on the breakfast menu.

After I placed my order I asked for a large iced mocha coffee with my combo and the girl taking my order asked if I wanted that breakfast tater tots or hashbrowns to actually be large as well which you rarely get asked that they just obviously assume to whatever they want and in this case I really did appreciate that.

After I received my food I proceeded to ask the lady at the window which was also the same person who took my order if I can have grape jelly with my order and she went ahead and responded that it was already in the bag along with some ketchup which when I opened the bag to my surprise they were both there and it’s super rare for people here in the valley or from Burger King or anywhere to even give you ketchup or grape jelly or you know any type of condiment that you should be receiving normally with your food because obviously you’re gonna eat. So for her to have consideration of a customer and give them the condiments already in the bag along with napkins which sometimes these workers tend to make it seem like it the grape jelly or the ketchup or the napkins etc. it’s coming from them or from their pocket when it’s actually coming from the corporations and the money that we’re paying for our food.

The breakfast was actually cooked pretty well the biscuit was soft but it wasn’t raw or doughy the way it normally is from other Burger Kings.

This morning my breakfast was pleasant and I appreciate and thank the girl who took my order and gave me my order and she was light-skinned and I believe she was wearing glasses and had black vine tattoos throughout both her arms so to her good job congratulations and thank you so much. I appreciate you...

Of course Burger King deserves 5 stars! The burgers are great, the chicken nuggets, the people that work there, how clean it is all the time, their soft drink selection, their desserts, their shakes, everything! Take some coupons from the mail or log in to their app which is available anywhere! Get a $1 Whopper or a meal for 2 for less than $10! It's all there! If you are looking to have a good burger for a good price and are looking for quick service then look no further because Burger King at Donna or at any other location will provide you with it! I always get the $5 Whopper meal with my $1 Whopper from the Burger King app and I get full all the time!!! Get it with a coke! I will go again to any...

The food isn't bad here but a big part of my reviews is also the type of customer service I've received. I work early shifts so I like to stop by sometimes as it's on my way to work and pick up some coffee and breakfast they should be open by 6am but they never are ready to take my order over the drive thru. I always have to drive over to the window and wait for someone to see me. When they do they always make faces, I get it, its early and you already have people I've worked fast food before too but come on, I always say "good morning, thank you, have a great day" and they don't. I really don't appreciate the employees and they way they treat...
