There has to be a better solution for scooping the ice cream, the workers struggle scooping it and their arms are covered in bruising from it (which was confirmed by an employee)! A heated container for the ice cream scoops, shorter containers of ice cream that get switched slightly more often- there are solutions! I hope y’all pay out the worker’s comp or hazard pay for repeated on-the-job injuries. We were going to order 2 bowls of ice cream but after we saw the bruising we didn’t get the second and definitely can’t come back to hurt...
