Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dothan

Place 2 separate take out orders. Why did it take over 30 minutes to get my food in a empty restaurant. It was 4 young ladies and no one was in a rush or cared about getting my order ready. However, one of their friend came in they made his order (which he didn't pay for) this person went to his car ate his order came back and they gave him another order all while I am still waiting on my order. All the employees were rude and unapologetic for the 30 minute wait. And got an attitude when I asked why my orders was taking so long. This is a new location and the service is trash. The full self check out is a pain. It takes longer for everyone in your party / family to navigate through the items than it would at the register with an employee that is there standing behind the counter anyway. The food prep was not any better either. So if the employees are not taking care of a customer at the register then there should be better food care. Still a pile of ingredients mashed together and thrown carelessly in a bag. First time to this location that is fairly new. Not impressed and not motivated enough to come back.
