Dunkin' — Restaurant in Douglas

Went through the line…. Huge SIGN says medium signature latte 3$ I order two and get to window and it’s 11.$ and change…. When I inquired about the huge sign saying 3$ she says we’ll almond milk is 1$ each and I then say “11-2 is still 9$” to which her reply is “well the lattes aren’t 3$ anymore” I remind her about the huge sign and she says I haven’t gotten time to take it down I’m short staffed….3 people inside …. I get it america is short staffed… I’m a chef I run a kitchen I work 65 hour weeks and I’m short staffed as well but if I advertise something to a customer I honor it as such. We do the things we make time for in life…. Takes 10 minutes to put a piece of paper blocking the sign instead of changing it. It’s false advertising and they should honor their advertisements… coffees are good but for 12$ I could have gotten Starbucks lol and again I’m talking medium coffees unreal hope everyone that reads this is having a good day and finds wealth and...

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I am someone who frequently visits dunkin and I've never had so much trouble with one location. I always place my orders via mobile for the points so I do that today and make my way over there. I get to the speaker, say my name and they tell me to pull up. I get up to the windows, they hand me my drink and then go, "what else was on that order?" I then repeat my entire order, one of the items being the loaded hashbrowns with queso and bacon crumble. I finally get my order after sitting there for 10 minutes, open the hashbrowns and there's no bacon. I then go inside, have them remake it and its just a whole strip of bacon on them. I hate complaining about mediocre shit like this but their prices are already so high for them to be messing up shit so simple two...

Yesterday I had walked in to get a coffee mind u this is not the first time it’s always happening the manager of this location is sitting watching TikTok not even taken my order it was a good 3 mins before I had said when u done watching that u can take my order this is an every other day thing when I go in there then got to wait 6 mins just for her to give me the wrong drink I am so tired of not getting good Dunkin’s in Douglas so I’ll be taking my service and money somewhere other then here she also had ended up walking out when it was really really busy on her other employees on Saturday when I was in there yelled that’s it I’m done I can’t do this and stormed out this is so unprofessional never coming back to this...
