Sweet Thangz — Restaurant in Douglass

We surprised the restaurant with our party of fifteen on a Saturday afternoon. The staff never seemed stressed and didn't miss a beat. Prices were fair, the portions large, and the flavors were on point. We had the full menu variety between us, which I'm sure wasn't easy on the cook. Every dish was plated with care and worthy of an Instagram post.

The fried pickles for our appetizer were a 10. I ordered a Cowboy up burger old school, with grilled onions and mustard. My burger was a solid 9. The regular fries are good, but could use some powdered seasoning or maybe ranch to dip them. Make sure to try the sweet potato fries with marshmallow fluff! The Philly also looked amazing. Oh, and their jalapeños are no joke!

Don't be turned off by the outside appearance. This is the only reason I only gave 4 stars for atmosphere. Inside is cozy and clean and has some free arcade games for kiddos. I would definitely go back to try more items from the menu. Oh, and don't leave without splitting a bubble waffle sundae. That dessert is a...

is their food top notch restaurant quality.......no it isnt...its more like at home comfort food but with a bit more pizazz to it.....their food is like eating cuddles and kisses...and dammit sometimes thats all i want in life and nothing more so if you love comfort food this is the place

their bubble waffles are to die for and i really love their variety of fries..........chicken...mac and cheese...bbq sauce...pulled pork... mmm mmm

im in love with their fountain drinks...good quality and its a bit on the cheaper side compared to most other places..so that's nice...their pepsi and dr pepper really hit that sweet spot.

the people are really friendly...there was a lady here that had a missing arm i think...sorry i dont know if thats rude to say or not but she served me once and was very nice........everyone i met here has been really nice....thanks sweet thangz...justwish you guys were a little cheaper thats the only bad thing...

A couple of co-workers and I decided to try this place out tonight, and we were not disappointed!! I got the Cowboy Up burger with two smashed patties and added bacon... Delicious!!! I also ordered the regular fries, which were fried up and seasoned just right!! Their smash burgers are better than Freddie's burgers! They are seasoned well but aren't smashed to an oblivion, so you actually get to taste beef that they were made with! The grilled onions, grilled jalapenos, and grilled pickles really compliment the burgers well. The cafe style atmosphere with a pool table is unique and inviting! The service is very fast and friendly. I can't say enough good things about this place! I will be back often to eat more of their menu items. On Tuesdays, they offer a limited Mexican food menu as well. I can't wait...
