E & N pizzeria — Restaurant in Dover Township

Most disrespectful people I ever talked to in food service. Took them almost 2 hours to deliver my food and it was cold as Ice when it arrived. I called and tried to get it replaced and the person I spoke to was so disrespectful I will never return. Told me it was door dashes fault but I ordered through their website. He then told me that the website used Slice and I needed to contact them. This has nothing do with Slice. You sold me a pizza that you openly admitted sat around for over an hour before the deliver was attempted. Slice sends you text updates and the text updates directly said they were waiting on the pizza. The delivery driver also commented on how cold the pizza was and said he was sorry they made me wait so long. I didn’t even want them to redeliver it, we were gonna go pick it up or get it another day. We liked these guys but now I will go to Jim and Nina’s. Never will you guys get my money again. Watch these people. They are rude and will screw you over any chance they get. Don’t order the garlic sauce cause they keep it on there to rip off their customers! Every time I order it, it never comes and they always say they don’t have it and will refund but we never see it. These people are horrible and don’t deserve to sell food in our community. The person I spoke to openly admitted to selling me old pizza and could have cared less he did. Mind you, by the time tip and everything was done, the pizza cost over 30 dollars. If you like a nice fluffy crust pizza full of flavor and not greasy even with a pepperoni pizza this is the place! I’m totally blown away by the quality and flavor. Whatever your secret is keep doing it. Most people remember Terry & Alice from back in the day and I know they would be proud of what this family is doing and making in the old shop. Guaranteed Terry is looking down from heaven with a smile on his face. Welcome to the neighborhood E&N! I’m glad you guys are here! Nothing better than good family owned business making top notch family food. This is what a good American family pizza shop is all about and what it tastes like and what’s been missing but miss no more because they’re here now! Update 2/5 So yes we have been back, a couple of times. We have discovered that they are way to chinsy with their toppings. Like big time chinsy, we ordered sausage and MAYBE each slice had ONE peice of sausage. 🤨 Come on man you got a good pie here charge a little more and add a ligit amount of toppings.
