Incredibly slow service, the drive through entrance/exit is in a very silly, narrow spot that forces you to circle the entire building, and they get orders wrong constantly. My bag says Bacon egg and cheese, and I just bit into sausage, and I was literally the only customer there. Absolutely avoid during rush hour, as well. There is going to be an accident one day exiting that drive through.

I am still very unimpressed with my service here. Sometimes they forget to put things on the receipt and I get free food (hey, no complaints there), other times they forget my food or drinks, other times they give me wrong food/drink despite being correct on the receipt, and their coffee is very inconsistent. I order a medium pumpkin coffee, no sugar, 2 creams. One day, that coffee will be incredibly sweet and sugary, and the next day I'll order one and it just tastes like black coffee with just a faint pumpkin smell to it. Read moreMy boyfriend and I live just down the road from this location so we find ourselves here quite often for it’s convenience but every time we go we find ourselves disappointed with something. I have been multiple times where I the first person in the drive through line and end up waiting ten minutes for my single coffee. Sometimes when I go my coffee tastes burnt and watered down and then others it is way to sweet to drink. Most recently, I ordered a medium hot coffee and the cup and lid were caked in sticky gunk! My hands were instantly sticky as well. I ended up having to wait until I got home to even open my coffee so I could pour it into my own mug. Read moreI get a frozen coffee with a pump of mocha swirl with whipped cream. They always give me a frozen hot chocolate instead. I don’t have the time to get back in line for the drive thru after already waiting in line to get the wrong drink for 20 minutes. This happened again this week and I will never go here again, for almost a $5 dollar drink you would think they would get it right. Please train your employees on the difference between a FROZEN COFFEE and a FROZEN CHOCOLATE. I called and they said I could come in for a refund, instead I will just never return here again.
