East of Chicago — Restaurant in Dover

I am absolutely disgusted with these workers at the Dover East of Chicago. Me and my husband just recently moved to the area. I had scheduled to meet up with a friend we were letting each other borrow an item. She gets out of her car and walks over to me and some older lady working comes out screaming at us for "selling stuff" outside the building. I said okay not a problem won't happen again..Which for one, it does not say anywhere that you can't choose this area to meet up with a friend while you WAIT for you husband to get off work so he can call and order us our food and I was picking it up. Needless to say I called him right away to stop him! The woman then walks out side and starts taking pictures of my license plate and my car. All the workers were in side watching me and playing on all there phones. I have my baby in the car so I call the store to inform them what was going on and why I was there. Waiting for my order to be placed, and was very rude and hung up. This place needs better customer service this is a small area there's no reason to act this way to your customers she definitely...

Never again will I order from East of Chicago on Wooster Dover. Last pizza a was not cooked and was thrown away. Called immediately and they offered to send out a new Pizza. It's was late and I declined. They offered a free pizza on my next visit. Just called to order it and was practically called and liar and wanted give me 15% off instead of replacing with a different Pizza. I order here all the time....what is wrong with businesses today. Apparently it is good business to argue with the customer and call them a liar. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

While visiting from out of town, ordered 4 pizzas for a group of 10. The order was completely mixup in the order, and we waited for over an hour once it was due to be picked up. Then one of the drivers took off with one of the Pizzas so we still had to wait. We asked to go ahead and take the 3 pizzas to the group and they deliver the last pizza the driver had. Later the young lady working the counter helping us and apologizing many times for the confusion showed up delivering them herself when nobody else would . I believe her name was Jayla or Jaylen. We would like to thank her for her kindness and doing what she felt to be the right thing even though you didn’t have to!...
