I pull into one stall and it's got a small note on it saying out of order. I pulled to another stall, pressed the button, then sat there for 10 minutes, without no answer. I decided to go through drive through. I place my order and sit and wait, and wait, and wait. There was a guy taking out trash and other items. He saw that there was a line, went back in, but a very short time came back out and finished the trash. I sat in this line for another 10 minutes. I finally got to the window, the girl took my payment, had absolutely no people skills. Here's the best part, she just handed my order to me and the extra long cheese coney to me in its package, no box, no bag, nothing. She didn't offer any explanation of what was taking so long or nothing. I got back home with the food, which is a 2 minute drive. My husband, who is not picky eater, got out his coney and it was 2 hot dogs put in one package to look like an extra long coney and it was horrible. He could not even finish it. I have never seen him do that the whole time we've been married. The order was a number 7 large with lg tots and a lg coke, a BLT and a med root beer. The tots were a small, with a bunch of ff. I got my sandwich out and took a bite and all I got was bread. I opened it up and I had two small pieces off bacon, very little lettuce, and a half of tomato. The owners, managers, and the whole company should be ashamed to put out that kind of so called product. We will never go back, and it has even gotten to the point we will not go to another sonic again....

Iām writing today as a concerned citizen for our own safety!As you well know , we have had several accidents and fatalities near this Dover, Arkansas Sonic. I have done reviews on this restaurant before as to what needs fixed and observed and tasted this food. My complaint is ... the Sonic enter way is not lit up thereās no light to see how to or if your even going to enter/exit correctly! Non lit Sign is on a slope. You canāt see to enter correctly, you will go down the embankment or after slowing down to the non lit entry, you are going to have to speed up and pass the entrance, result is usually a accident or fatality! Iām calling corporate today on this , there is no excuse to not having a lit up entrance and exit . At least put up a street light!!!Life is precious and we buy your food! Iāve lost a couple friends near this location and There is no excuse for this other than owner not keeping his business up to par!!! I will go as far as I can to get this resolved!
Update, no changes May 18th, 2021! Itās obvious they could care less. All lives matter, ridiculous! There is flowers by entry sign constant reminders of lives lost. Dishonorable to our community! Update no changes...

The second lady was a little more customer conscious, still a little rushing while we ordered. However, don't dare ask them about the favorite of everyone, the Tuesday night family night, buy one get one #1 burger. They will abruptly tell you their store doesn't honor that and never has, instead of saying we ONLY offer that in the app. Which this I have and would have been more than happy to back out of my order and ordered through it instead.
I have come to the conclusion that they are a very rich store as well as their employees so therefor if you get there 45min before closing, they really don't need your business.
My recommendation is if your driving down down HWY 7, and it's 9 pm or later, go on into Russellville and take a chance at a more customer...
