Royal House of Roast Beef & Pizza Dracut — Restaurant in Dracut

I have eaten here twice, and my experiences were very different. 1st visit we dined in, we got the roastbeef sandwiches and fries, which were amazing. The place is very clean and the service was excellent. The second time was take-out, we ordered the broaster chicken, which was very good, but there were issues with the order. Fortunately, I checked my bag before I left because we ordered the 8 piece meal with fries, salad, and biscuits. What I got was 4 pieces of chicken, one biscuit and fries in one bag, and a second bag of just fries. I went back in and spoke with the guy at the counter. He was very pleasant and apologized and said he would get the order corrected. I obviously needed to wait for a few minutes, but when I got the order back, I still was missing the salad. He apologized again and bagged me up a salad, and I was on my way. I still feel like the order wasn't quite correct since I had only one biscuit and a single serving side salad. I am used to a single salad and biscuit with a 4 piece order, so I assumed that I would get 2 biscuits and a salad for 2 with an 8 piece order. It isn't specifically written that way on the menu, so maybe it is my misunderstanding. I will definitely give them another try, though, because the food was very good, and I believe they did their best to correct my order...

I placed an order in August 4th for my extended family and the online system said it didn't go through and I would be refunded. I want somewhere else in placed an order there. Meanwhile, I got charged, refunded and charged again! These people, because they were too busy or whatever. They couldn't take my online order in time and instead of canceling it like I was told online it was going to be they recharged me even though I never picked up the food and they never called me or anything. I hate this place because they robbed me of $64. I have all the receipts and proof here. We are Tuesday August 8th and I'm still out my money. Don't trust their on line on system. If u are told ur order wasn't accepted and u will be refunded, it's a lie. The store will recharge your order and lnot call u or advise you of anything. Decided to place an order today after seeing an ad for a free entrée. I placed the order my husband picked it up after work. Because I wasn’t physically there with my phone to type in a code that they were supposed to give me they didn’t honor it. And on top of it all, they tried to charge us for a dressing that they didn’t even bother to give us in the first place and gave me a coleslaw instead of a salad that I requested with my meal. And speaking of dressing when I called to place the order I asked for creamy Italian, and the girl who took the order couldn’t be bothered to tell me you don’t carry it. As for my meal, the little pastrami I could find was rubbery and the onions were barely grilled and cut into tiny pieces that were falling out of my sandwich.
