McDonald's — Restaurant in Dresden

Order was wrong..AGAIN. Drive thru attendant took my bag of food back through my window, placed her hand in my bag, feeling my food, had a terrible attitude, tried to hand my bag back after her hands touched my food, I refused it, Manager on duty was rude and they both told me to pull forward. They gave no apologies. When my order finally arrived, this is what I received, a ripped bag which the boy told me, "sorry I ripped the bag", unacceptable! I told him the order was still wrong and I would not accept this order in its condition and that I would like the correct order placed in a bag not ripped. My drive thru experience was horrific! The wait on a simple order took way too long. I do not recommend this location. This was not my first poor experience here but will be my last. I thought to give this place the benefit of a doubt. The staff and service is unfriendly and sarcastically rude and the food, barely warm or is cold, incorrect or handed in a torn bag or overfilled bag. Very disappointed. I went through drive thru. I ordered number 2b and asked for lettuce, tomato, onion and mayonnaise only. I noticed they charged extra for lettuce and tomato. 30 cents for lettuce and 50 cents for tomato. We talked to the person that takes your money about the up charge for the tomato and lettuce. She said it only comes with the quarter pound deluxe! We paid, next window got our food! Drove away! When I got started eating I bite into a pickle ( I hate pickles. )So I take the burger apart, remove pickles. I could not find any tomato at all, no onions. The bun was so dry my burger was falling apart plus the meat was cold! It was the worst sandwich I have EVER EATEN! Plus it had mustard and ketchup ,no mayonnaise the bacon also was cold! Had i not already left the parking lot, I would have returned this lousy food! Most of my fries were pored out in the bag. When I put them in the fry holder it didn’t even fill it up! ~2 months prior to 9/15/2018: Curbside wasn't working as usual. Was there around 10a but app said it wouldn't be open until 7a (???). Ordered egg, hotcakes, and bacon breakfast but received sausage instead of bacon. Seems issues like this happen too often.

9/15/2018: Tried to go through the drive thru at around 9:30a... cars were lined up almost to the parking lot entrance. Waited about 5 minutes and didn't move an inch, so left. Mobile ordering seems to have stopped working for this location too. I tried to place an order through the app and no matter what menu category I try it always says "No products available for the selected category. What's going on with this location??
