Tried this place for 1st time, was not impressed. Establishment was clean, empty for a Saturday night dinner, server was friendly (a little too hyper for me -hurriedly behavior, with no business for a Saturday night- especially w only 4 people n the restaurant). Price is bit much for serving quantity. Tried ribs w Mac & cheese (Ribs had heavy sauce but was meaty; Mac & cheese - terrible-no taste): Also ordered burger w Let,Tom,Cheese, served w just cheese, husband was offered to replace w Cole slaw, (not offering what was originally ordered). Also waitress said it came w a side item & suggested fries, pub chips etc we choose pub chips . Upon receiving the bill (surprised at $$, we questioned the waitress & she informed us that ordering the pub ships as the side choice there would be a $7.00 up charge versus taking the fries (which we were never told this info or we would have just stayed w the fries). Total for this unhappy customer & would not recommend: Our order: 1/2 rack Ribs, w/tasteless Mac/cheese & water 1 cheeseburger w slaw/pub chips & tea $$43.04...

Or maybe pictures of “old downtown Drexel, like I said, I believe we opened to serve.. before we had the place ready.. I had a salad, which I could have purchased at Food Lion.. nothing special or different about that other then it was $14.00. And my wife had the ribs and a side of asparagus and rice… she didn’t eat one whole rib.. little rice which we had to ask for and the asparagus was burned. It’s a ONE and DONE for me. I can only say I believe that was $40.00 not...

I had the country fried steak with mashed potatoes and fried okra. The steak and the gravy were so good I think my grandma even picked her lips. The fried okra and mashed potatoes were delish. My lunch companion had the smothered chicken with pinto beans and Mac and cheese. I think she liked it cause all I could hear was her making yum sounds. Next time we come through, we are going back. What a wonderful place. It was like eating a dinner at home....
