By far best chowmein. I’ve tried chowmein from multiple Nepalese food truck like Namaste Darshan land Everest momo lboth from austin and chowmein from Taste of Nepal was the best compared to all. It was really good and authentic- it wasn’t too oily unlike other places. And simply delicious. Portion size was also good. They literally make it fresh right in front of you. It was closing at 8:30 and I literally called at 8:28 to place the order over the phone and they accommodated my request even so close to closing without any complaints or issues. So glad to have something of this quality and taste right in Dripping springs. We need more diverse food like this in Dripping springs instead of yet another...

the worker was very kind. he offered us some milk tea while we waited, which was delicious. it took about 20ish minutes for our food to be ready.
it’s a food truck so the ambiance is just how the weather feels outside when you visit, or what you have playing on your radio~ it was a lovely day, so it was nice for us.
