We had some miscommunications with what was ordered and how the manufacturers return policy was structured. It put me in a tight spot. To make a long story short, Milan went above and beyond what was necessary to make it right.

These days, it's harder then ever to meet clients expectations. We have grown into a society of entitlement and unforgiveness.

Milan hasn't forgotten what really matters; taking care of each other, making things right, and treating others how you want to be treated.
