Came in for lunch on a Wednesday. The establishment was packed. Plenty of parking, the lot is huge. The inside is clean and large. My server was excellent. I ordered the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, tabouli, and a roll. Everything was homemade, except the roll. The chicken fried steak compared to other places is on the smaller side, but don't let that be a downside, I still couldn't finish it. It was tender, seasoned well and perfectly fried. The fresh green beans were cooked with delicious bacon and has that really good homemade flavor. The mashed potatoes and gravy were on point as well. I enjoyed the tabouli, fresh and lemony. The prices were really great. A big lunch for under 15$ these days is impressive. I'm a happy girl! I will recommend this place to others if they are traveling through like I was.

I have been dining at Joseph's since the early 1980's. The food is consistently good. The only thing that has changed is the price. Today my wife had the cabbage rolls, tabouleh, and okra. I had the Stackwich, house made chips and we shared a relish bowl. Excellent food and service. Check Spike s previous review on Yelp dated 5/30/2019 For other reviews laced with superfluous, time-wasting inessential information, sarcastic diatribe and subjective opinion, follow Spike Speedwell on Google and Spike S. on Yelp

Simply amazing. Staying at Boomtown up the road for the night & manager suggested Joseph’s for good food. Wow, completely shocked at the great quality, selection & choices of food. “ Delicious “ don’t do it justice. Super nice & professional staff. Going to plan a weekend trip this direction with my wife so she can enjoy what she saw in the pic’s I sent . Oh I highly recommend the cabbage roll.

The servers were fine. It seemed like there was to many employees working with so few tables to be waited on. When we sat down the waitress brought butter and crackers to our table... which was confusing for us. Most places when they bring butter to the table they also bring rolls, not crackers. My fiancee ordered the steak, medium rare, with a baked potato and salad. I ordered the country fried steak with mashed potatoes and green beans and the waitress finally brought out the rolls with our food. My fiance's steak came out raw and bland so he had to send it back TWICE and the cook still didn't cook it right. The last time it was over cooked and he was tired of sending it back so he smothered it in A1 sauce (which he NEVER does) and choked it down. My mashed potatoes tasted like they were instant potatoes, the country fried steaks (they gave me 2) were over peppered and over cooked. The breading was so hard you could probably hear the crunch from me cutting into it all the way across the establishment. We tried the dinner rolls hoping something good came to our table but we were disappointed there too. They tasted like manufactured rolls. You could tasted that they had came out of a freezer and were so dry(even with butter) it was hard to swallow. We wanted to walk out without paying but we didn't. We will NOT be going back there. We were severely disappointed and upset that the food turned out so revolting. We will also NOT recommend this place to...

Whenever I’m in or around Drumright, I always try to stop to eat at Joseph’s. This was my third visit so far. First visit I had the chicken fried steak which was excellent. My second visit I had the chopped sirloin which was also a delicious choice.

On my latest visit I decided to go outside my comfort zone a little bit and I ordered something Joseph’s is known for which is the fried bologna sandwich. I had not had a bologna sandwich since I was a kid so this was either going to be tasty or it could backfire. While you are waiting on your meal you can snack on crackers smeared with butter. The butter looks like a scoop of French vanilla ice cream 🍨

Seriously the biggest, thickest piece of bologna I had seen smothered in a piece of melted cheddar cheese. Comes with lettuce, tomato & onion. It had bbq sauce on it which I was not that fond of and that was not mentioned on the menu. It was something interesting and different to try. If you live bologna you’d probably really love this item.

I wanted steak fries but they were out that night so I had regular fries. This sandwich is featured in the romance novel series “Oklahoma Nights”. For dessert I opted for the chocolate fried pie with vanilla ice cream 🍨 😋

Pretty neat they have a Babe Ruth jersey in the entrance area. Babe played an exhibition game when nearby Shamrock played...

It was time for me to update my review! I can no longer give this place 5stars or recommend to anyone. A couple months ago, we got a large variety of meats and things for a family gathering. I thought all the meat tasted off, kinda old. Well again yesterday we got the same for another family get together and the meat again was disgusting! Particularly the brisket!!! The next day my husband warmed some up to eat and it literally smelled like wet dog. My stomach has been rolling since! It is disgusting. The quality of everything has gone down! The fries, the cod, the rolls are absolutely inedible!!!!! What happened to the days Joseph’s had fresh home baked rolls? Not these frozen sister shuberts that sit so long under warmer they feel like rocks?! The only reason they’re still as busy as they are, is because there are no other options in town. Tabouli & cabbage rolls are still good though. That’s it.

Original review: Do yourself a favor and ask for a side of smoke sauce to dip the fries in! So good! I love their fried cod! It’s not fishy at all! The Louisiana style is...
