Very disappointing experience. Poor service. The bar was pretty empty with about 5 people sitting at the bar. The bartender took our order and the food took a LONG time to come out. When it finally did the bartender just put it down, left to get the other basket dropped it off and walked away. Didn't say a word to me. The mozzarella sticks were served with ice cold marinara. The steak sandwhich was just a thick piece of meat on a bun. Not cut or anything. I ordered it medium rare and it came out as extremely dry and well done. Unfortunately all I can do is give 1 stars because I tried calling an order in for pickup and I was immediately told to hold on. I wasn’t even placed on hold, she simply put the phone down and I heard everyone in the background laughing and cracking jokes while I sat on the phone for 10 mins. The only reason I stayed in the line as long as I did was because I wanted to thank her for wasting my time. However, I was tired so listening to all the noise and eventually hung up. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, can’t even call an order in....

You can tell this is a place for regular people to get service. They all seemed to be having a nice time and getting taken care of. I dang near wore my soda. The person serving people was definitely mad we was there to order food. I would not recommend going here unless you are in with crew that hangs out. We paid for the pops and left!!
