Buyer beware, they also add on a 20% ‘service fee’ to be able to compensate their employees fairly, according to their website and tipping is not necessary There was no noticeable mention of the service fee at the food trucks but there was a tip jar sitting front and center. We had the lobster roll, Banh mi , and the sashimi tuna taco. The banh mi was the best in my opinion as super flavor and big portion. The sashimi taco were a 2nd as nice light appetizer and you got a little Asian salad with it. The lobster roll was good but I'm not a huge lobster guy but you got lots of meat but didn't stand out. State fair location!!!!!!Absolutely gross this year! The first time we went was 2021 and every year after. The lobster roll was a big hit wonder first couple years. Last year it was not so good because they made it smaller. This year it is an eclair!!!!! Not good at all and not worth the 15.00. Just not good this year! It is half the size from past years and a waste of money.
